Terms of Service

1. Ordering Policy
All orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance. We do not accept next-day or same-day orders. This ensures we have adequate time to prepare your baked goods to the highest quality standards.2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before any order is considered confirmed and completed.
Accepted payment methods include:Cash App
Venmo
PayPalCash payments are accepted but not preferred. Cash is allowed to be paid on the day of Pick-up3. Delivery FeesDelivery fee is $15 for all locations.
A reduced delivery fee of $10 applies to orders within the Greenfield Fontanelle area.4. Cancellation Policy
If an order is canceled, no refund will be issued unless ingredients or materials for the order have not yet been purchased.5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:There is a legitimate issue with the product.
Proof of the issue must be provided (photos or other clear evidence).Full refunds will only be issued when sufficient evidence is provided and the issue is verified.
